Every Monday, we serve something different in a bun, or sometimes a bagel or Bao bun.
The menu includes a variety of options, from traditional battered chip shop sausages with curry sauce to hot dogs with crispy onions, coronation chicken with onion bhaji, and crispy belly pork Bao buns with chilli jam.
There are also legendary corned beef or cheese and onion pies and a house menu with specials.
Monday Bunday transforms the dreaded Monday into something to look forward to, making it the best way to kick off the week.
Every Thursday from 5pm to 8pm we run our ‘Curry Night’ featuring a different main and starter based on a loose theme of 'curry'. There is normally an option of meat or fish ie Chicken or Prawn Dhansak with rice, a vegetarian option and we also serve Clayton Fish 'Fingers' & Chips for those with a more delicate pallete!
Each week we try and offer a wide range of flavours and tastes. We say ‘something different from around the world’ and our journey takes us far and wide.

All our dishes are created and made fresh within our own kitchen.
Sunday lunch at The Clayton offers something different. We serve generous, home-cooked lunches with tender meats like 12-hour-cooked pork shoulder, tenderloin of beef, and supreme of chicken. Each dish is accompanied by a fluffy Yorkshire pudding, roasted carrots, mash, fresh vegetables, and rich gravy.
Popular options include minced beef with cheesy dumplings and lamb mince pot pie with suet crust.
For those seeking alternatives, the Clayton Cheeseburger and Fish’Fingers’ and chips are available.

Join us for our ever-popular Supper Club, an evening that adds a touch of occasion.
Held on the last Tuesday of the month, the Supper Club presents a bistro-style three-course set menu.
This approach highlights beautifully presented dishes, seasonal ingredients, and a menu that goes beyond our usual house favourites - perfect for those seeking a different dining experience.
